 The Legendary: Quest
The World is Waiting for the revealing of
the Sons of God

The Quest of this program is to prepare our youth for service for the Lord. We accomplish this by using physical illustrations, as Jesus did in the Scripture, as parables and role play to give opportunity to practice what they have learned. Our goal is to create a healthy and vibrant atmosphere where learning spiritual and revelatory things is exciting, while also preparing for life and service - a Vocational Bible School, if you will, instead of vacation Bible school.

The 4 Main Spiritual focus of this Primer Adventure Camp is:

Identity in Christ as a Son and Daughter of God
We will never fulfill our destiny if we are not living in our identity. We will walk in all authority when we know who we are and Whose we are. Though we are the children of God, teaching maturity to becoming the Sons of God.
Through the Royal Court Etiquette and Court Artisan Courses we will be teaching our young men to be gentlemen and our young women to be ladies. And by the works, through craft workshops, that the work of their hands is important and that their life has purpose and value. Man of those called in the Scripture were youth: Samuel, Daniel, Jesus (at age 12 teaching), to name a few.

Spirutal Warfare
Through our role play activities making Ephesians 6 come to life. Learning the armor of God in a way that brings it to life. The enemy only has 2 ways of access in a believer's life: 1 - the believer's lack of knowledge of the Word and how to apply it, 2 - someone's rejection of the Word of God.

Through our Swordplay Workshops we will be teaching the deeper and practical meaning of each of the pieces of God's armor. Through our role play giving opportunity to practice what we have learned.

Prayer
Supplication and requesting of God. Intercessory prayer: our prayer for others.

Through our Archery Workshops we will be teaching the youth the importance to be specific and hit the mark both in archery and in life and prayer.

Worship and Praise:
Understanding what a lifestyle of Worship means and Praising God with revelatory and prophetic music, art, and dance.

In our Court Art Workshops of Dance and Music how to approach a lifestyle of Worship and Praise that ushers the presence of God as the minstrels of David's time did.

A note from our founder, Troy LeBlanc

We believe what Scripture says, "The creation waits in eager expectation for the revelation of the sons of God." Romans 8:19 In other translations, "For all creation, gazing eagerly as if with outstretched neck, is waiting and longing to see the manifestation of the sons of God."

These are two very interesting words revelation and manifestation. Lets spend a few minutes looking at this...

Romans 8:19-22(NKJV) 19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; 21because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.

Lets contrast children of God with sons of God. Paul said in verse 14 of this chapter that those who are led by the spirit are the sons of God. We are children by virtue of salvation. However, a child and a son differ in terms of their maturity. A child has the same relationship with the father as a son, but a son can walk in more of the authority and power of the father because he is mature. Paul tells us that one of the first signs of maturity is to be led by the spirit.

When we come to that level of maturity, more of the power of God is available to us. We can walk in the gifts of spirit because the fruit of the spirit is developed in us. We will have greater wisdom and our character will be more like Jesus’ character. Since we are led by the spirit of God, we will be more likely to do the will of God. All of these things are very important.

Through this camp we believe we can reach our youth with this idea of becoming sons of God to our day. Verse 19 tells us that the world is in “earnest expectation to see the revealing of the sons of God. Why is this so important to us? Paul wrote Romans centuries ago. The world has always been waiting for the church to be the church. However, look at verse 22. 22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.

As we look around us today, we see a world that matches this description. There is turmoil everywhere. There are wars and rumors of wars. We see everything from economic crisis to natural disasters. I think it is important for Christians to understand what they mean and I think our youth have more to give to the world than we are expecting of them and teaching them. The world is groaning in birth pangs before our eyes. That also means that the need for a manifestation of the sons of God is greater than ever. Every age has had its time of pressure and tragedy.

What does matter is that our world, our time needs to see some sons and daughters of God rise up. The world has no wisdom to solve these problems. God does have the wisdom, but he uses us as the channel to get that wisdom to the world. God's people perish because of a lack of knowledge (of His Word and the wisdom to apply it practically with power) and vision (walking in the purpose He has for your life).

It is great to be a child of God. Sometimes we can be caught up in enjoying his presence and his touch on our lives. There is nothing wrong with that as long as we do not forget that we are here for a purpose. We are here to extend the Kingdom and family of God in the earth. To fulfill this purpose we must become sons of God.

Your world is looking for someone with answers. Your neighbors need to see that there is someone who has access to a power greater than that which exists in the world. They are waiting for you and me to grow up and become sons and daughters of God.

Jesus is the rock that we must build on. His word contains the foundation principles that will make our houses stand through the storm. Our personal relationship with him will give us the strength to stand through any trial. I believe that if we pay attention to what God is calling us to do we will have the answers the world around us seeks.

The world is waiting and watching you. They may know you are a child of God but they are looking to see if you are walking as a son of God. When we do that, they will eagerly come to receive what we have to give. Think about it.

Join us in an Epic Adventure to discovering what God has for our youth and seeing them walk in authority and manifest their identity with the power of Christ and make a difference in our time! "Arise and shine for the light of the Lord has risen upon thee."
